A school of excellence

Competent management of material is crucial in the tough environment of Africa. By developing the technical expertise of its teams following technological progress, Tractafric’s clients have benefitted from qualified expertise and high added-value service.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT CLOSE AT HAND

From the very beginning, Tractafric understood the importance of good service with a client’s choice of machine. Tractafric ‘servicemen’, offered qualified service, from installation help to after-sales service.

FROM PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
TO PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE?

These days Tractafric is looking to resolve its clients’ problems before they report them. Modules embedded in the machines and linked to alert systems collect information on how they’re working and help monitor wear-out of parts, anticipating orders or operations.
